RETURN POLICY

Given the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, our customer support team is always here to help with any issues you might encounter with your order. Should you experience any problems with your StickersVault card skin, please contact our support team at support@stickersvault.com.

Each case will be evaluated on an individual basis, and we will do our utmost to find a satisfactory resolution. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we are committed to working with you to address any concerns regarding your card skin.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order at no cost within the first hour after placing it.

Cancellation Fee: A $3 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations made after the first hour, unless you choose to modify the design or size of your order. This fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

Cancellation Window: Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the time of placement.
